In that spirit, Octacom is pleased to announce that we have been acquired by DATA Communications Management Corp. (TSX: DCM) (“DCM”), effective July 9th, 2026.

Joining DCM allows us to build on our enterprise services and software business faster than we could on our own, strengthening our capabilities through added expertise, increased capacity, and accelerated investment in our technical solutions.
